Parent / Guardian Declaration

You will be asked to confirm this at the end of the application form. Please read it — it is short, and it is written to be honest with you rather than to protect us.

  1. I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this application and hold the legal right to enrol them in schooling.
  2. The information I have given is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  3. I understand that UmmahNest is an independent online school. It is not currently an accredited or government-licensed school in any jurisdiction, and enrolment does not by itself satisfy a compulsory-schooling or homeschool-registration requirement where I live. I am responsible for meeting my local requirements, and UmmahNest will provide enrolment records, attendance and termly progress reports to support them.
  4. I understand a place is confirmed only after this application is reviewed, the applicable fees are paid, and a placement call with the Admission office has taken place. If UmmahNest cannot place my child in a cohort that suits our time zone, any fees paid are refunded in full.
  5. I consent to my child attending live online classes with cameras on during instruction, and I understand sessions are recorded for catch-up and shared only with families in that class.
  6. I understand that my child's work may be shared within their class, and that nothing identifying my child — name, face or voice — is published publicly without my separate written consent.
  7. I authorise UmmahNest to contact me by email and WhatsApp about admissions, classes and school announcements.
  8. I have read and accept the fees: a one-time registration and technology fee of USD $100 for Core Academic and Full-Time Hifz (the Weekend Program has none), and monthly tuition of USD $200 for those pathways or USD $150 for the Weekend Program, billed in advance through Stripe. I may cancel at any time, and I may withdraw within 14 days of the first class for a full refund of tuition paid.
  9. I understand UmmahNest collects only the information needed to run the school, does not sell or share my family's personal information with third parties, and will delete it on request once my child is no longer enrolled.
